Studios
are available in a variety of sizes and
prices.
Most studios include lighting, heat and air conditioning
in your rental rate.
You
have 24 hour access to your studio - 7 days a
week. Studios are work areas only. Local zoning
laws prohibit anyone from using them as an apartment.
For
a commission, Market Street Art Center will
promote and sell your artwork for the times you
are not present in your studio. A Commission Agreement
for this option is available.
